Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship within Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package until it reaches your door.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within Puerto Rico and United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at aquivivegenteworldwide@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including reshipment or replacement.
