1. Returns
We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as final sale or customized cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at aquivivegenteworldwide@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges if an item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at aquivivegenteworldwide@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
